Cheryl Cole steps out looking a million francs in Paris... as she goes clubbing with dancing partner Derek Hough

Cheryl Cole appears to be doing just fine despite the end of her marriage and her close friend with Derek Hough has no doubt got plenty to do with it.

The singer stepped out looking a million dollars in a dazzling silver mini dress accentuating her gorgeous legs with an unusual looking pair of high heels.

Mrs Cole, who is in the process of divorcing estranged husband Ashley over his alleged infidelity, wore a huge smile as she left her hotel en route to the AZ Label annual music party at the VIP Room club in Paris.

She was accompanied by her dancing partner Derek Hough, who recently took the Dancing With The Stars title with Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

Now that Cheryl has become single, she is being linked to the men she has close working relationships with - including Mr Hough.

Whether or not they are in fact dating is not yet known, however Cheryl spent some time with the dancer in Los Angeles just a few days after she split with Ashley Cole.

And, as soon as he finished his duties in America on Dancing With The Stars last week, Hough jetted out to take to the stage with Cheryl for a performance of her song Parachute in Birmingham.


He is also said to have spent three nights at the Surrey mansion Cheryl, 26, once shared with Chelsea player Ashley.

Black Eyed Peas star Will.i.am has also been a rock to Cheryl, who filed for divorce from her husband last week, citing 'unreasonable behaviour'.

Chelsea and England footballer Ashley is said to have been shocked when Cheryl told him she wanted a divorce.

While Black Eyed Peas singer Will.i.am has described Cheryl as 'the most beautiful woman in the world' it is her relationship with Hough that is now dominating headlines.

But maybe the rapper's mother Debra Cain knows something we don't. Cain has said that Will and Cheryl developed a close relationship during their European tour.
She told New! magazine: 'Their friendship has turned into love.'

Debra said that she was looking forward to being introduced to the Girls Aloud singer 'as soon as she and my son can manage'.

Cain has already invited the 26-year-old to join Will.i.am at his sister's wedding in Los Angeles.

She said: 'Will is very fond of her. He says she's an amazing woman.

'His feelings for her have definitely grown from friendship into love and I believe they're good for each other.

'I give them my blessing. She seems like such a nice girl.

But whether this is true and quite what Will thinks of Cheryl's close relationship to blonde dancer Hough, remains to be seen.

'I can't wait to meet Cheryl. My son has told me so many good things about her. Will has promised to take us all out for a meal together next time the two of them are in LA.'

Meanwhile, another report claims Cheryl is planning to jet out to the party island Ibiza with bandmate Sarah Harding and Will.i.am.

A source allegedly told Now magazine: ‘All Cheryl wants to do is let her hair down. Her mum won't be going with her and she's eyeing up a very private residence away from prying eyes.'

But they rebuked claims that there was a budding relationship between Cheryl and Will.i.am.

‘She insists that there's nothing going on with Will.i.am, they're purely platonic.'

Cheryl is in Paris supporting the Black Eyed Peas on their world tour - the group will perform in the centre of Paris, before heading to Bercy in the east of the city and then on to Arras in the north of France.
